Please bring your swimsuit, sunglasses, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. Please also bring a towel, and a sauna hat if you have one. You are welcome to bring any of your own non-alcoholic beverages and food to enjoy during your voyage.
Your voyage begins at a dock in Port Moody. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Our crew will meet you on the dock with a large, Zodiac-style inflatable boat, which will serve as your shuttle to the main sauna boat anchored nearby. Your confirmation email will contain the exact meeting pin and final details.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Hot Voyage is a strictly non-alcoholic and drug-free vessel. In compliance with Transport Canada regulations, consumption of alcohol or cannabis is not permitted at any time. Any guests who arrive intoxicated will be denied boarding without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping every voyage safe and memorable.
We sail rain or shine! A sauna in the rain is a uniquely beautiful and cozy experience. The vessel is safe and comfortable in most weather. The only exception is in cases of high winds or extreme conditions that our captain deems unsafe for navigation. In such an event, we will contact you to reschedule your voyage at no extra cost.
We offer a 75% refund for cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 10 days of departure are non-refundable. If we must cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule.
Not at all! Our entire experience is designed to be enjoyed safely from the comfort of the boat, regardless of swimming ability. For that invigorating cool-down, our deck features a unique saltwater shower that rinses you with crisp ocean water. It provides the perfect hot-cold thrill without ever leaving the deck.
